Rock on with your friends at the beach! During this 21+ night out, join our Environmental Educators in exploring the fascinating world of rocks, minerals, and fossils. Take a hike to our Lake Michigan shoreline for an up-close look at smoky quartz, fossiliferous limestone, gneiss, and more as you learn how they formed long ago. Plus, play summer yard games at the Pavilion and decorate your own kindness rock to take home. Head inside to rock out to karaoke in the Auditorium and get a small wildlife temporary tattoo in the Great Hall to commemorate your evening. Choose from our beer and wine selection as well as a themed signature cocktail or mocktail. One drink is included with your ticket, and additional drinks will be available for purchase. Evening Schedule: 6:30pm to 7:00pm – Grab a drink and snacks while you play games and mingle 7:00pm to 8:30pm – Rock and fossil exploration beach hike and games at the Pavilion 7:00pm to 9:00pm – Crafts at the Veranda, temporary tattoos in the Great Hall, and karaoke in the Auditorium (bar closes at 8:30pm) This program will take place entirely outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, there will be alternate activities indoors. Must be 21 or older to register. Members: $25 | Non-members: $30
