SUMMARY:Drum Making Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Make your own 15" Elk Frame drum and mallet. We gather in sacred circle and community come and share in this ancient tradition and art with the beautiful Milwaukee River as the backdrop. We start at 1:00 pm to get centered and call in the helping spirits\, the directions\, ancestors and the energy of the land. With sage and drum we cleans and clear\, and give offerings to the land. You will be taken on a guided journey to the Spirit of your drum for your own personal message. Then collectively we make our drums. This is a wonderful opportunity if you have always wanted to make a drum. And we get to be in community creating sacred space together. All supplies are provided. Space is limited to 12. Registration is required and at least 50% down payment at registration\, and the remainder by June 1\, 2026. Supplies need to be ordered in advance so early registration is encouraged.
